SMA Summer School 2018 – Save the Date

Christmas Greetings from Dromantine

As the year draws to a close and we await the revelation of God’s love for us in the birth of Jesus at Christmas, we would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your interest in the SMA and its mission throughout 2017.
Looking ahead, next year’s SMA Summer School will be running from 29 June – 1 July 2018 at Dromantine Retreat and Conference Centre. The theme of next year’s event will be “Radical Discipleship – Healing for a World in Pain”. The gathering will open with a panel discussion on the main theme, with keynote presentations over the weekend on a range of issues delivered by Professor Tina Beattie, (University of Roehampton and contributor to the Tablet), John Lonergan, (Former Governor of Mountjoy Prison) and Cardinal Vincent Nichols, (Archdiocese of Westminster). A choice of workshops relating to each of these presentations will also be available.
A finalised programme with full details will be circulated early in 2018. We look forward to welcoming many familiar faces back and to meeting some new ones too.

Sean Healy SMA, 2017 Keynote speaker, Dr Fainche Ryan and Dympna Mallon, SMA Laity Coordinator.

Please accept my apologies if you receive this notice more than once.
Wishing you and your loved ones every happiness and blessing for Christmas and the New Year.
