I think Catholics often sin because they know it is easy to be forgiven in Confession?

Does a man break his hand because he knows that the doctor can easily mend it?  Remember, a person who goes to Confession must be really sorry for his sins.  If a person goes to Confession one hundred times, but is not really sorry for his sins and does not mean to try his best not to sin anymore, his sins will not be forgiven.
